The sequel will bring back star Alec Baldwin to voice the title character, Variety reported.

The first film based on the award-winning children’s book series of the same name by Marla Frazee, was a box office hit grossing over $469 million worldwide after it opened in March.

The Boss Baby directed by Tom McGrath, also starred Miles Christopher Bakshi, Tobey Maguire, Jimmy Kimmel, Lisa Kudrow, Steve Buscemi, and ViviAnn Yee.

The film followed Baldwin’s taking baby as he teamed up with his 7-year-old brother to take down an evil CEO.
